REFERRALS

If you wish to refer a patient for treatment to us please complete the PDF download and send it to us either by fax or post.

We accept referrals for any aspect of implant treatment, periodontal treatment, intra-venous sedation and CT scanning.

MENTORING

Stephen is an accredited ADI mentor and has helped dozens of dentists with their implant training. He is experienced in many implant systems, including Biomet 3i, Ankylos and Astra. Please contact for further information.
