Cone Beam CT Scanning

In March 2010, we purchased and installed a CT scanner, incorporating the latest in 3-dimensional imaging technology.
CT scans have revolutionised implant dentistry and allow for more precise and accurate planning and provision of dental implants.

Most cases will benefit from a CT scan and what we have certainly found since scanning routinely, is that less cases require bone augmentation and regeneration, resulting in easier and more cost-effective treatment.

This is the first of this generation of CT scanners in Scotland and many dental practitioners are referring patients for scans.
